Production Facilities & Techniques: A sophisticated production unit with the state-of-art technology provides high quality precision custom made rolls as well as repair and maintenance services for recoating, grinding and repairing Rubber. We use Ultima, Ultima B.D., MOD Rock, MOD stone coating brands for high quality. Rubber suitable for high loading presses and MOD Diamond brand for other rollers. MRL also specialises in grinding and polishing of heavy granite rolls, all under one roof.

MRL uses the most advanced technology and equipment. We are backed by a team of highly technically qualified and experienced technocrats. In addition, our manufacturing facility is equipped with the best equipment. Some of these are:

• Churchill Roll Grinder (England), Craven Roll Grinder (England), Waldrich Roll Grinder and WMW Roll Grinder (Germany) with automatic cambering for perfect grinding and centralised crowning of rolls.
• Dynamic Balancing Machine to provide rolls for high RPM applications. MRL continues to invest in new technology and facilities in order to provide its customer with the highest quality products and services available in the industry.
