In the quest of Total Quality, MRL has set up a unique facility for servicing of Suction Rolls Shells and internals, under expert guidance of highly experienced professionals. Our plant is equipped with CNC Machine to facilitate BLIND DRILLING of Press Roll and related work on the Suction Roll Shells.

The drill patterns of the Press Rolls are designed using complex equations and software to five best performances in service. It is supported by high performing rubber coating, “ULTIMA BD” developed under the supervision of experts.
