Features of printing rollers produced by extrusion technology :
- Through vacuuming, the risk of remaining air-bubbles in the rubber mass is minimized.Since the coating takes place without joints and layers, the problem of metal-rubber gluing disappears.
- Through the high pressure, that arises during extrusion, the quality and the homogeneity of the mixture will be better and same performance will be obtained from the entire surface of the roller.
- Though the production costs are higher compared with conventional system, all the superior features and the long life of the rollers pays back shortly, even though running on very high speeds.
